Pax8 has launched the new Pax8 Marketplace Inbox. This new set of features launched globally on March 22 to all partners with access to the message history feature.
We’re working to optimize the communications you receive from the Pax8 Marketplace by:
- Including marketplace notifications and Pax8 service alerts in the same in-platform Marketplace Inbox
- Allowing you to download attachments directly from the Pax8 Marketplace Inbox
- Giving all users additional channel preferences
- Giving admins more control over who receives communications
To opt in or opt out of the Marketplace Inbox at any time, select “On” or “Off” at the top of the Message History or Inbox page. To learn more, please see our FAQ or documentation. We’ll be very interested in collecting feedback on the launch, so be on the lookout for a survey.
