Women in Tech panel and happy hour
Opening night of Pax8 Beyond 2024 kicked off with an inspiring Women in Tech panel and happy hour. Moderated by Chief Marketing Officer of Pax8, Caroline Goles, the panel featured a lineup of industry leaders including Michelle Curtis, Worldwide Distribution Leader at Microsoft; Natalia Scheidegger, CEO at 3rdmill; and Sydney Hockett, Vice President M&A at Evergreen.
The session underscored the widespread achievements of women in technology with the inaugural Pax8 Women in Technology Award. Awarded to Natalia Scheidegger, CEO at 3rdmill, the award recognizes trailblazers who excel professionally and actively mentor other women in the industry. Their contributions embody the spirit of innovation and excellence, serving as role models for aspiring tech professionals. These dynamic women shared their insights on navigating the tech industry, fostering innovation, and the importance of diversity and inclusion. Caroline closed the session with these words of encouragement: “Careers aren’t ladders, they’re jungle gyms. Climb around.”

Attendees will also get an exclusive glimpse into the future with a highly anticipated keynote from the newly appointed CEO, Scott Chasin. His address is expected to outline bold initiatives and innovations that will shape the future of the industry, the channel, and the world.
