Across EMEA, during the last 12 months, we have seen so many incredible developments and achievements, and we wanted to share a few of our highlights with you as the year draws to a close.
Global Microsoft Partner of the Year
In June 2024, we were recognised as a top Microsoft partner by winning the Global 2024 Microsoft Partner of the Year award for the first time. Being commended for demonstrating excellence in innovation and the implementation of customer solutions based on Microsoft technology has been hugely rewarding. Our purpose is to help small businesses turn their dreams into reality through the power of technology, and this award acknowledges that we are living and breathing that.
Launch of the new AI-powered Pax8 Marketplace
In June, we launched the new Marketplace experience ― delivering two significant features:
- Opportunity Explorer – an intelligent growth solution that uses AI and data to help MSPs identify sales opportunities and tailor product recommendations to their clients.
- Storefronts – gives MSPs the power to create unique storefronts for their clients where they can self-serve, add new products and manage subscriptions.
The new Pax8 Marketplace also provides additional features and functionality to simplify the lives of our partners and give them unrivalled growth opportunities:
- Catalogue – smart search and advanced sorting capabilities make it easy for partners to find the cloud solutions they need.
- Quotes – a simplified quote-to-contract process allows MSPs to brand and customise quote templates, create new quotes with ease and instantly view the status of each quote for faster follow-up with clients.
- Solutions library – enabling partners to create a solutions library using products they know align with their customers’ needs, so they can build once and easily re-sell again.
As part of our expansion of the Marketplace partner experience, we launched Voyager Alliance in November, introducing our partners to a tiered business development model designed to fuel success and help partners scale.
Voyager Alliance curates the Pax8 partner journey, showing partners training opportunities, events, and tiered pricing for Professional Services that match their current stage of business development. As partners reach higher levels in the program, they’ll unlock new benefits and opportunities that continue to fuel their growth.
Growth across Europe
Our global growth continues to unlock opportunities for our EMEA partners and MSPs. Here is what Pax8 reach looks like in 2024:

More than twenty-five new vendors were added to the Pax8 Marketplace in 2024, with big names like CrowdStrike, SuperOps, usecure and Kalibr8 among them. This growth continues to expand the possibilities for our partners and their businesses.
Virtual Launch Briefings have been held for the first time in German in the DACH region, with the Baltics also hosting in-person Launch Briefings so that more MSPs can experience the difference partnering with Pax8 makes to their businesses.
Strengthening the Pax8 community
Community is key to the Pax8 mission, vision and purpose. And the EMEA community has grown beyond our expectations in 2024.
Beyond, our signature event, came to Europe in 2024. Berlin, Germany, played host to Beyond 2024, and it was two days to remember. With keynote talks from 9 x Olympic gold medallist, Carl Lewis, and Director of Global Field CISO at SentinelOne, Chris Boehm, plus a live DJ set from Fatboy Slim, our partners went away with unrivalled security, business and innovation insights and a host of new connections.
Beyond 2024 was also host to an IAMCP (International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners) breakfast, helping us build our community’s insight and knowledge through connections with Microsoft partners from around the world.
Education and building our community’s knowledge have also been strengthened by the delivery of our first Cybersecurity Masterclasses in the Netherlands (Zwolle) and the Nordics (Stockholm, Helsinki and Oslo). In addition, Pax8 partners had the opportunity to attend our first Data & AI Masterclasses in Germany, Benelux and the UK, helping them to become confident enough to capitalise on the efficiency and insight AI can bring to their MSPs.
Our commitment to community was underpinned with the launch of the Pax8 Academy and Professional Services webpages in Germany, providing DACH partners with access to learning and support to scale their businesses.
Embracing AI
The influence of AI in 2024 has been undeniable. And with the AI market expected to grow by over 55% year on year (Bain & Company, 2024), it’s been essential that we support and enable our partners to embrace all the opportunities it presents.
In partnership with Channelnomics and Microsoft, we released the AI Buying Trends for SMBs in 2024, in March. This report gave partners and non-partners powerful insights into the AI market and how to position themselves for success with AI.
Encouraging and enabling our partners to be at the forefront of AI adoption will also help them to become reliable and go-to AI consultants for their clients.
We launched Microsoft Copilot for SMBs in 2024, driving adoption through expert support and solutions alongside resources, like our AI-readiness Playbook and CIS controls guide, to prepare partners for future success.
What to expect in 2025
