Pax8 Voyager Alliance is a partner programme built to fuel your success and grow with your ambitions. Unlike one-size-fits-all models, this program offers a scalable, strategic path to growth and retention, with tailored tiers delivering curated enablement, education and support. No matter where you are on your business journey, Pax8 Voyager Alliance supports your success at every stage.

Pax8 Voyager Alliance is designed to enhance your partnership experience through a flexible tiered system. You will be assigned to one of five distinct tiers based on your current investment with Pax8, which includes both monthly recurring subscriptions and paid invoice arrears.

This tiering structure defines your access to Pax8 services, ensuring that the benefits you receive are aligned with the size and complexity of your business. Each tier offers tailored advantages designed to grow with you and drive your success within the program. This guarantees that all Pax8 partners receive the support they need, regardless of their engagement level.

Pax8 Voyager Alliance is committed to delivering a world-class experience through innovation and investment, empowering our partners to thrive at any scale. Depending on your tier, you’ll enjoy a variety of benefits, including:

There are additional support opportunities for On-Demand and Instructor-Led courses, along with Peer Groups and Business Coaching through Pax8 Academy.

To keep your current tier, it’s good to know that your status stays stable even if there are some temporary dips in revenue. Pax8 evaluates partner spend on a yearly basis, focusing on your long-term growth. This means you can navigate occasional slow months without losing the benefits of your current tier.

If you’re looking to move up to a higher tier, focus on increasing your monthly recurring revenue (MRR). Pax8 reviews your average MRR over the last three months, and if your growth qualifies you for a higher tier, you’ll be automatically upgraded, unlocking new benefits as your business evolves.

Access to features and services within Pax8 Voyager Alliance doesn’t automatically mean they’re free. While all enrolled members can tap into valuable content through Pax8 Academy, tiered partners gain access to elevated offerings, such as Instructor-Led courses and Business Coaching, which may come with additional fees depending on your tier and location.

Likewise, Pax8 Professional Services, available exclusively to tiered partners, are tailored to extend your team’s capabilities. These services, similar to the Academy offerings, may also involve extra costs. It’s important to check your specific tier for a detailed overview of feature access and any potential fees.

The Marketplace fee is a small monthly charge for our Alliance Members, covering the costs of services and support and promoting a more sustainable partnership for everyone.

Pax8 Partner Voice and Partner Advisory Council provide exclusive opportunities for you to influence our roadmap and shape the future of Pax8 offerings. By joining Partner Voice, you can share your feedback through surveys and participate in beta testing, ensuring your voice makes an impact.

For our Titan and Galactic partners, the Partner Advisory Council is an invitation-only network that allows you to meet regularly with Pax8 leadership to discuss initiatives and make impactful decisions. This is a unique opportunity to engage in high-level discussions and collaborate with industry peers, while gaining valuable insights from Pax8 leadership
